Divisibility (Josh and Ryan)

A number is divisible by 2 if... the number is even. A number is divisible by 3 if... the sum of the digits are divisible by three.
A number is divisble by 4 if... the last two digits of the number are divisible by 4.
A number is divisible by 5 if... the number ends in a 5 or 0.
A number is divisible by 6 if... The number is divisible by 2 and 3.
The steps for 7 is... The first thing you have to do is take off the last digit of the number. The double that number. Next substract the two numbers left from each other. Lastly, if the number you get from subtracting can be divided by seven the the whole original number you started with is divisible by seven. How ever if the number that you got from subtracting is can't be divided by seven, then the original number can't be divisible by seven.. (including 0)
The steps for 8 is... First, if the last three digits of the number form a number thats divisible by 8 it's divisible by 8. iF it is a two digit number then take both digits and if they form a number that's divisible by 8, then the original number is divisible by 8.
A number is divisible by 9 if... the sum of the digits are divisible by 9.
A number is divisible by 10 if... the number ends in 0.

Divisor: A divisor is just a factor. For example, 6 is a factor of 30, because 6*5

30. And 6 is a divisor of 30, because 30/6

5. Any number that is a factor is also a divisor of that number.
